The Grand Master administers the Orders Affairs and to carry out its worthy Purposes, the Governance of the Order - and appoints to Office all of the Officers, who, acting together with the Grand Master and Lieutenant Grand Master constitutes the Sovereign Council and Grand Magistry of advisors. |

She is responsible for encouraging the members to give generously, as well as leading discussions about the appropriate recipients of the Order's charitable donations. |

• Grand Pursuivant, the Honorable Dr. Ellen Kochek It is the Grand Pursuivant's duty to announce all applicants for admission into the Order by their names and heraldic titles; to take charge of the jewels and regalia of the Order; to attend all communications of the Grand Master, and to perform such other duties as may be required by the Grand Master or presiding officer. |

• Grand Youth Marshal, the Honorable Dr. C.R.H. Gigante McBaine The Youth Marshal is responsible for overseeing the conduct of all sports activities, defense and martial arts activities for cadets under the age of 18, including but not limited to tournament lists, sports competition, as well as related activities as scouting and target archery. The Youth Marshal bears primary responsibility for promoting both the safety and authenticity of martial and defensive arts for youth in shire, and works with other officers in their areas of mutual interest. |
