SMOKH is affiliated with the PanAmerican University with campuses in Nevis and Ecuador. Seminaries are regularly scheduled throughout the year.

Panam’s extensive and comprehensive list of courses are dedicated to teaching natural sciences, vitalistic therapeutics, medicine and clinical sciences. The PanAm University online website now hosts the Sacred Order.

The Sacred Medical Order was chartered by graduates of PanAm in 2007. It is an independent and autonomous Order registered in Ecuador and Nevis. Today it operates as the Church of Hope as a special ministry to preserve, protect, and disseminate the sacred medical teachings, the Sacred Scripture and divine Traditions of our forefathers - to be preserved, guarded, cataloging, digitally preserving, and disseminating rapidly disappearing medical texts and scripture to be taught and promote the traditions of monastic medicine and nature cure. We are the only surviving religious Order as Protector of our indigenous Christian medicines.

The Panamerican School continues to service ‘secular’ students, who have no special calling of service to the poor and needy. However, SMOCH takes special interest in servicing students who have a call to God. This is why we offer the Hospitaller scholarship program. While the student progresses through the courses of study, they are in postulancy with the Church of Hope (Hospitaller Order of Physicians and Ecclesiae). They are candidate for admission into this religious Order which is consummated upon graduation as doctorate and into Knighthood of the 21st century.
